It helped slightly, but the Stutter is still there, and BFI dims the overall picture and can cause headaches for some. mentioned turning on Black Frame Insertion (BFI) to alleviate the Stutter, and I did try the settings for this.
to force all Films into a buttery smooth blend (it is unnerving and I prefer to watch films as they were originally shot, in 24 fps). Note: I am not a fan of the "Soap Opera" effect of turning on True Motion, etc. review of these TVs brought it to my attention and I did an in-store test of these TVs and confirmed the problem. * There is a Stutter issue that occurs when viewing any scenes with panning involved. I recently came across a seemingly major problem with viewing Film material (off of Blu-Ray and UHD discs) at 24 fps on the supposed "2020's Best 4K TVs" such as the LG CX OLED and Sony X900H (and 950H) TVs:
